Ruoom is now integrated with KakaoTalk, a popular messaging app. As a result, South Korean business users can now streamline their customer communication tools directly and efficiently.
In addition, businesses can accept payment through One Port, which processes payment through Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, and more. Lastly, we’ve recently implemented a helpful feature that allows all users to view information on the Ruoom platform in either English or Korean, with plans to add more languages in the future.
