Yes. For solopreneurs, i.e., a one-person team, Ruoom is free forever.
If users don’t subscribe to the Team tier after their trial expires, their account reverts to Solo (1 staff user), removing extra staff access until payment is received.
Do not worry! Before the 60-day free trial expires, we will email you reminders to add a payment method.
A Staff User is someone who requires access to the platform to perform administrative tasks or services, such as managers, instructors, assistants, etc. Staff users are also listed on calendars, enabling customers to book appointments or classes directly with them. For example, in a culinary business, if Mary is an instructor for a cooking class, she must be registered as a Staff User to be bookable by customers.
